My journey with La Zarza Coffee traces back to my childhood, where I witnessed the art of coffee cultivation in the very heart of my father’s home. Our family owned a business deeply rooted in coffee processing, where we meticulously transformed green and raw coffee beans into the aromatic gems ready for consumption.
Growing up amidst the lush coffee-growing environment, I quickly became attuned to the global significance of this precious commodity. From a tender age, I began to appreciate the profound metamorphosis it underwent, a collective effort involving our entire family, culminating in an exquisite and delectable brew that catered to even the most discerning of palates.
For me, savoring a cup of coffee carries profound spiritual significance. It embodies the cherished memories of familial togetherness, teamwork, boundless love, and an enduring legacy passed down through generations.
The name “La Zarza Coffee” derives its essence from the very fire that imbues life into each coffee bean during the roasting process. It symbolizes the divine spark, akin to the burning bush that spoke to Moses, entrusting him with the mission of liberating the Israelites from their enslavement in Egypt. Just as that fire transformed Moses’ life, the fire in our coffee beans bestows upon them a divine purpose–to bring joy to humanity and unite them as a family, one cup of coffee at a time.
